Tiffany is PMO Partners’ Chief of Staff, joining the team in February of 2022. In her role, Tiffany oversees the daily operations of the organization and sets up the team for success. Her impact can be felt across virtually every aspect of the company, and she is the “behind the scenes” driver of much of the success of PMO Partners. Tiffany’s responsibilities are both strategic and tactical, and she often is involved in client interactions and consultant care activities. On any given day, Tiffany could be working on projects related to financial oversight, team alignment, partner management, conference/event planning, and much more. Tiffany’s organizational skills and ability to think on her feet are crucial to keeping the PMO Partners ship running smoothly. Prior to joining PMO Partners, she worked for other staffing firms in the New England area in a similar capacity. When not taking care of the team, consultants and clients, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her children and keeping up with her puppies. She lives in Connecticut. |
